What music do you like?

I listen to mainly alternative rock like Soundgarden and Candlebox, I listen to a bit of everything so here is a link to a good song from candlebox you might know

I myself have a rather eclectic taste in music, enjoying everything from alternative/rock to techno/trance to classical; it all really depends on the mood I'm in and what I'm doing. The only genres I don't enjoy much are country and rap/hip hop, despite the fact that I currently live in the south and in a pretty urban area.

I'm in northern California whee we are pretty much seen as being a bit different from the rest of the states but I agree with you about the rap and country. My step father actually listens to some that I don't find horrible, but nothing I'd put on and listen to myself ha. I don't consider rap music so I apologize if anyone here is a big fan. Talking with auto-tune and a guy with basic computer sound effects doesn't make you a musician. I play guitar, drums, and bass to a lesser degree and I've spent years honing my abilities in each.

Oh, so now that I've pissed off anyone who likes rap how about Apocalyptica? Anyone know of them?

Everything from death metal to country to classical if it sounds good ill listen to it!!! Morbid Angel,Deicide,Pestilence,David Allen Coe, Hank jr. George jones,John Conlee, Ozzy, Motley Crue, Ratt, Steve Vai, SRV, Paganni, Bach... see what i mean i have over 80 gigs of mp3s and over 700 cds. I have a 400 cd player and 300 cd player linke together. I played death metal music in late 80's and early 90's last and in 2007 i did a reunion show Bang your head metal fest. You can check out some of the interviews on injection radio, beyond the dark horizon webzine. Band was called Spirtul Winter.

I was part of a garage band for awhile but nothing really came of it lol, we played for our school and our rival a few times. I have about 16gigs of music, so thats really impressive to me o.0

Im all over the board too. My roots are 80s metal like Sabbath, Priest, Maiden, Scorpions. Then I got infected by Slayer, Metallica, Pantera, Sepultura, System of a Down etc etc.

Also listen to a huge mix of reggae, have over 300 Cds still. Marley, Tosh, Steel Pulse, Burning Spear, Toots etc.

Then enjoy 70s mainstream.

Also odder stuff like Zappa or Primus.

Haha, I don't care for U2's music but I dislike them as people, seem really snobbish to me, full of themselves or something lol.

I've been listening to my older Avenged Sevenfold albums since their new stuff is kinda bordering on what I consider listenable, going from metal to alt rock to an album filled with weird themed songs? Eeeh, well see lol (countrythemed song, hip hop inspired, one that's lyrics allude to drunken necrophelia (I had to listen closely to catch that lol))

I agree A7X older stuff is far better than that new crap they put out.
