I was on vent with Skad and we were talking about food.

I am american (Born in New Jersey, raised in Miami).

My parents are Cuban. Those of you that have tasted Cuban food, know how good it is.

I have written down all of my moms recipes.

Here is the first.

Midnight Sandwich (Media Noche)

*Egg bread (You can substitute Cuban bread)
*Mayo + Mustard + Pickle on top inner bread.
*Swiss Cheese
*Pork slices (from the deli)
*Ham (Serrano is best)
*Spread Butter on top and bottom outer bread.

Crush it on a sandwich crusher ( I use the George Foreman).
